Tuesday / Thursday Morning Workout

Hey guys, just a reminder:

On Tuesday and Thursday Mornings Goose, Weasel, Ricky and Myself are going to be at COD's Fieldhouse doing a plyo workout and throwing in that vast expanse. If you're interested in coming, let us know. Departure time will probably be around 9:30-9:45.
