...to the tournament this weekend, meet me inside the entrance of the SRC (at those tables or something) at 9:30PM tonight for a secret meeting. It will help us all be more awesome at practice on Thursday and this weekend. Ok, sweet.

Practice Thursday!

Come to the SRC again. We will attempt to find space to practice inside. We will save our outdoor toughness for this weekend.

On a side note, everyone who is coming this weekend should expect to be playing a lot. We will be short on manpower I believe and we have re-oriented our strategy on playing time (sorry again to those freshmen who didn't get to play enough on Spring Break). In order to compete at sectionals and make it to regionals, we will need a lot of help from our rookies. You could even say that our performance will depend on the play of our rookies. Spring Break already proved that our returning players can't do it alone. Alright, that's all.

Congrats -or- Shame on You

Very good practice today for those of you tough enough to show up. We will be very directed from now on, and I saw a lot of progress being made in learning skills, but also more importantly in understanding how skills fit into the game.

For those wusses who didn't come out, I know why you stayed in. It was no coincidence that on a really crappy day, we had a really low turn out. As long as you are real tough on the field, I might forgive you all. On a side note, we practiced inside today. Did you really think we wouldn't take care of you guys? It was fricking freezing outside today, man.

It should be warmer on Thursday, although Illinois still has not realized that March 21 is the start of spring, so plan to be outside. Alright, that's all, peace, I love you guys, later, Weasel...

Practice Tuesday!

If you check this before practice, wear tennis shoes and go find Goose and Yosh in the SRC. They will not be in King Arena, they will be in one of the gyms on the right side when you go in.

If you don't check this, Pat and I will pick you up at Lawson and drive you to the SRC.
